Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all valet parking, host, hostess, and chauffeur services provided by SPOHO. By making a reservation, the client ("Customer") acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1

A valet parking reservation is confirmed only after full payment of €65 via the official SPOHO payment system.

2.2

Optional services such as "Safe Trip Home" start from €80 and are arranged separately with the Customer after the checkbox option is selected.

2.3

All prices stated include applicable service fees unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the reservation time are eligible for a full refund.

3.2

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.3

SPOHO may, at its discretion, waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances, but is not obligated to do so.

4. Responsibilities and Liability – Valet Parking

4.1

SPOHO assumes responsibility for damages directly caused by reckless driving or negligent conduct by SPOHO personnel while the vehicle is under our control and being operated by us.

4.2

SPOHO is not responsible for damages occurring after the vehicle has been parked and is stationary, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, environmental damages, or damages caused by third parties or external conditions.

4.3

Vehicles must be in legally operable condition. SPOHO is not responsible for mechanical issues unrelated to the valet service.

5. Chauffeur Services – Safe Trip Home

5.1

When a Customer selects the "Safe Trip Home" checkbox, SPOHO will contact the Customer separately to confirm destination, timing, and details of the chauffeur service.

5.2

Once a chauffeur is in control of the Customer's vehicle for the purpose of transporting them home, the chauffeur is personally responsible for any damages, accidents, or incidents occurring during this service.

5.3

SPOHO is not liable for any damages caused during chauffeur-driven transport, as this responsibility transfers directly to the assigned chauffeur.

6. Conduct and Service Standards

6.1

SPOHO maintains a strict standard of professionalism, refinement, and client-focused service at all times.

6.2

All staff members are required to perform their duties with care, discretion, and respect for both the Customer and their property.

6.3

SPOHO reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer whose behavior poses a safety risk or violates reasonable conduct standards.

7. Customer Obligations

7.1

The Customer must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process, including vehicle details, contact information, and timing.

7.2

The Customer must remove or secure personal belongings inside the vehicle. SPOHO is not responsible for loss or theft of items left in vehicles.

7.3

Customers must adhere to the agreed pick-up and drop-off times to ensure smooth service operations.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1

SPOHO processes all customer data with the highest degree of confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

8.2

Personal data will only be used for the purposes of completing, confirming, or managing reservations and services.

8.3

Customer information will never be sold or shared with external parties except where required for service execution (e.g., assigned chauffeurs).

8.4

All chauffeurs and staff members handling customer data are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

9. Communication and Complaints

9.1

All communications regarding reservations, complaints, or additional inquiries must be directed to:

SPOHO aims to respond to all inquiries promptly and to handle all matters with professionalism and care.

9.3

Complaints will be investigated thoroughly and addressed as quickly as possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1

SPOHO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, emotional distress, or disruptions caused by delays.

10.2

SPOHO's liability is limited solely to damages proven to be caused by negligent or reckless actions of SPOHO staff while operating customer vehicles.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1

SPOHO reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

11.2

Updated Terms apply immediately to all new reservations and future services.

11.3

Significant changes will be communicated via the official SPOHO website or booking platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or SPOHO services shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the reservation and payment process, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
